Mug with emblem of Boy Scouts of America, Region 4. Off-white, glazed earthenware mug has gilt rim, and handle to PL of multicolored design on its face. This design features a red circle with a yellow outline which has the following within it: a grouping of three states: Ohio in brown with "OHIO" in white at center; Kentucky in yellow with white "KY." at center; and West Virginia in blue with white "W. VA." at center; at top, a green "4"; surrounding this, the white text, "REGION / B.S.A. / BUCKSKIN / MEN". Impressed "USA" on bottom.
