Masonic regalia manufacturer Fraternal Supplies, Inc., embroidered this bolero style jacket in 1971. It was used as a sample of the firm’s fancy embroidery work in the company’s showroom. As noted on the jacket, this garment was part of the uniform of the Buggy Patrol Unit associated with the Oleika Shrine in Lexington, Kentucky. Members of this group drove small, mechanized buggies in parades throughout Kentucky.
