Cup and Saucer with Masonic Symbols. a: White earthenware cup with clear glaze and scalloped rim. Gilding around both rim and plain round base. Handle is gently pointed at its outermost spot, and features curved indents both along upper and lower arms; it has a line of gilding following its shape on either side, as well as a line of gilding along its outer surface which is interrupted at the outermost point by a perpendicular line of gilding. Gilded Masonic square and compasses w "G" in center is located on front of cup to PR of handle. On bottom, gilded backstamp reads, "ROYAL STAFFORD / BONE [crown emblem] CHINA / MADE IN ENGLAND". b: White earthenware saucer with scalloped, gilded rim. Features Masonic square and compasses w "G" in center along rim. On reverse, gilded backstamp reads, "ROYAL STAFFORD / BONE [crown emblem] CHINA / MADE IN ENGLAND".
