Trivet with Knights Templar Symbols and original box. a: OBVERSE: Flat, white, square stoneware trivet features screen-printed Knights Templar emblem in center, in colored paint (Templar cross in black trimmed with yellow; yellow circle overlaid at center with red cross through crown, radiating rays behind, and "IN HOC SIGNO VINCES" around top outer edge with leaves and X shape at bottom; yellow crossed swords behind). Where surface is white, glaze is shiny; where colored, it is matte. a: REVERSE: Thin, square layer of cork applied that leaves 1/8" of ceramic tile visible along edges. At one corner, manufacturer logo is printed in blue: inside an oval, "HAND DECORATED CERAMIC / Screen- / craft [in curly, stylized font] / PRODUCTS INC. / West Yarmouth, Mass.". Ends have folding flap closures. b: REVERSE: Same as obverse.
