Masonic Scottish Rite Charm Bracelet, "Grand Rapids 1997" and Holder. a: Gold-colored metal chain features larger, twisted oval-shaped links alternated with smaller, twisted infinity symbol-shaped links. Lobster claw clasp has flat, diamond-shaped connecting link and oval o-ring on one end; there is an oval-shaped o-ring on the other (to receive clasp); all feature stamped markings (illegible). Attached to chain by oval-shaped o-rings at one-third intervals are two charms of oval shape with small circular indentations at sides. Both feature raised text: "GRAND / RAPIDS" across top portion, with "19 [crown of Scottish Rite emblem between] 97" at center and Scottish Rite 33° emblem in bottom portion (double-headed eagle with crown above, delta with "33°" on breast, sword clutched in talons, and banner reading "DEUS MEUMQUE JUS" beneath). Raised design and rim of charms are shiny, whereas depressed portions are matte; one charm is of gold-colored metal and the other is of dark silver-colored metal. Reverse of each is plain matte metal with maker's mark stamped onto it (illegible). b: Rectangular, black jewelry holder is velvet-covered on one side and cardboard on the other. A fabric-covered metal wire loop on either end holds bracelet in place.
