Masonic Scottish Rite Masonic Service Medal Proof. Badge has silver-colored metal rectangular pin bar at top with "SCOTTISH / RITE" stamped on its face; blue ribbon suspended below; suspended from ribbon by two o-rings is silver-colored metal medallion with raised square and compasses with a G at center, and "SCOTTISH RITE MEDAL FOR / MASONIC SERVICE" around edge. On reverse, ribbon wraps around upper and lower edges of pin bar which is of gold-colored metal with hinged pin through it; medallion has raised design of SR emblem above plain, raised rectangle upon which recipient's name could be carved.
