Masonic Name Tag for Richard V. Travis, Intendant General, Connecticut, Red Cross of Constantine. Name tag in red plastic shaped to fit in jacket pocket with white lettering and Masonic emblem. OBVERSE: At top, white engraved text reads, "RICHARD V. TRAVIS"; underneath name is affixed a gold-colored metal and red enamel Red Cross of Constantine emblem (a cross with the letter "P" in the middle and "I S V H" arranged around its four points, a large X over it, a crown above it, and a wreath mostly encircling it). Below emblem reads, "INTENDANT GENERAL / CONNECTICUT / RED CROSS / OF / CONSTANTINE". REVERSE: Plain red plastic with multiple scratches. Interior is plain white plastic.
