Masonic Scottish Rite Supreme Council Medallion in original case. a: Medallion composed of gold-colored metal, with SR emblem on obverse and the raised text, "SUPREME COUNCIL 33° / Northern Masonic Jurisdiction" around edge between two raised circles. On reverse, shield shape with four emblems including SR emblem, Knights of the Rose Croix, Princes of Jerusalem, Past Master inside a delta; surrounding this is the raised text, "ANCIENT ACCEPTED SCOTTISH RITE / 1813-2013" (possibly a maker's mark to right of this). b: Hinged case covered in blue velvet, with white satin lining and gold metal trim around top of base.
