Masonic Scottish Rite "RiteCare" Small Plaque. Small decorative plaque of gold-colored metal in rectangular shape. On face, within gold edging, a white enamel rectangle with red, yellow, orange, and blue enamel design" "RiteCare" with a partial sun around its end, four of the rays of which read "SPEECH", "LANGUAGE", "AND", "LITERACY"; below, "Scottish Rite Masons / Helping Children Communicate" and "TM". Reverse has plain, raised rectangular gold plate affixed to it.
