Pin bar at top has decorative, cast gold-colored metal border with white plastic-coated paper (likely) insert which bears the black printed text, "MEMBER" on it. Suspended from pin bar is a red, white, and blue striped ribbon with silver bullion fringe at bottom and the stamped silver text, "CAMP / NO. 2 / P.O. OF A. / WILMINGTON, / DEL."
