Masonic Distinguished Service Paul Revere Medal. A bronze circular medal with the bust of a man (paul revere) on front. Medal hangs from a red silk ribbon. Atop the ribbon is a bronze medal pin. The pin is a rectangular bar has a leaf design with the Royal Arch symbol at center. The front reads"Paul Revere / Distinguished Service"; the reverse has Masonic symbols including a cup, apron, Bible, and crown; around edge reads "Grand Royal Arch Chapter of Massachusetts/ March 13, 1798".
