Oval silver Masonic medal with wings at top center. One side is engraved with an arrangement of symbols: all-seeing eye, sun, moon and seven stars, square and compasses, two columns, three candlestands, three steps to mosiac pavement, skull and crossbones, and several Masonic tools. The other side is engraved with a G at top center, an open Bible with square and compasses, crossed quills, an ark and dove, a trowel, a beehive, a house, an hourglass, a casket marked "Memento Mori," and several other Masonic tools. Lettering along the edge reads "James Campbell Initiated March 15th 1798 Amor Honor et Justitia."
