Rectangular body with rounded corners and rounded flap. White silk Masonic apron printed with three columns with allegorical figures of faith, hope and charity on top, mosaic floor and all-seeing eye in blue silk; painted border design of leaves, blue fringed edge; inscription reads "Finished and sold by J. Eddy, Prove."; reverse of apron reads "W. Sidney Barlow Smith / Harmony Lodge No. 9 / Pawtuxet, RI."; stamped "Franklin A. Smith Junior, 25 Lenox Avenue, Providence, RI."
