Double image of a tall, triangular building as seen from street level. Pedestrians walk the sidewalk on the lower right side. The facades of smaller buildings are seen to the right of the center building, while dark trees line the left. Stamped in black on the ends of the card "Keystone View Company / Copyright 1903, by / B.L. Singley, Made in the U.S.A. / Manufacturers / Publishers" and "Meadville, Pa., New York, N.Y., Portland / Oregon, London, Eng., Sydney, Aus." Printed in black on back of card is "13504- The Flatiron Building, Fifth Avenue and Broadway, New York City" and a paragraph describing the area portrayed in the picture and the growing popularity of the city. Stamped at bottom of the back "Copyright 1900 (?) by Keystone View Company."
