Redwork child's bedcovering [quilt]. Twenty 8-inch blocks embroidered in a red chain stitch and outline stitch. The block designs include: flowers, fireman with horn and axe, vegetables, lion, squirrel, basket with berries and leaves, cow, sheep, birds, spiderweb, child in high chair fishing ("Good Fishing"), rooster and chicken, and a goat. One piece of muslin backing; knife-edge binding (machine stitched). Hand-pieced and tied on the back with beige thread. Thin batting.
