Collar composed of teal velvet (likely silk) on obverse, with gold-colored metallic thread in a swirling pattern trimming edges, gold bullion fringe, and a gold bullion "I" applied to center of PR side and a "G" to the PL side. Gold-colored metal three-link chain attached to inside of PR side for fastening. On reverse, teal silk backing is worn through in spots and showing black fabric (likely cotton) inside.
