a: Three-piece Masonic Scottish Rite jewel for Sovereign Grand Inspector General, 33rd degree; upper nameplate and pin inscribed "Massachusetts", a silver double-headed eagle, crowned, suspended below by chains, the crown purple with small rhinestones or diamonds; suspended from which is the jewel of a Sovereign Grand; reverse engraved "The Bodies of / The A. & A.S. Rite / in the Valley of Lowell, Mass. / to Ill. Harry Augustin / Thompson / 33 degree / Sept. 18 / 1923"; on a white silk ribbon. b: Black leather storage case, four flaps, two snap pins; exterior reads in script: "Ill. Harry Augustin Thompson, 33 degree"; interior flap reads "Prince-Cotter Co. / Lowell, Mass."
