Order of the Eastern Star Tray; center hand-painted with an Order of Eastern Star emblem with small photographs of Chapter Officers; "Officers of Texas Chapter #35/ O.E.S. '29-'30/ Adele Q. Speiser, W.M."

This hand-painted tray was likely displayed in the Order of the Eastern Star Texas No. 35 chapter room. It may have served as an appreciation gift to Worthy Matron Adele Q. Speiser, the chapter's female leader, for her service from 1929-1930. The illustrations on the star's points show different seasons of the year. Small photographs of the 1930 officers of this chapter in San Antonio, Texas, decorate the center.
