Patriotic Order of Americans Convention Badge. Badge has cast metal pin bar at center in decorative rectangular shape; it has an off-white paper label inside it bearing the blue text, "MEMBER" and a clear plastic coating over it. Attached to the back of this bar are two crossed red, white, and blue striped ribbons which have gold stamped text on their lower portions; ribbon on PR side (which is missing its tip and therefore any corresponding text) reads, "CONVENTION / P. O. OF A."; ribbon on PL side reads, "HARRISBURG, PA. / OCT. 26-27, 1909". Decorative gold trim stamped along tips of ribbon. On back, under and over pin bar backing, several white pieces of paper or fabric are adhered; at tip of PR ribbon a piece of off-white paper is adhered.
