Masonic Scottish Rite Lodge of Perfection regalia for Adoniram in court dress (for all but 6th degree). Depicts full-length male figure wearing long green short-sleeved tunic with pink pattern and red trim. At his waist is a maroon girdle with blue edges. He wears sandals and has a brown beard. On his head is a blue and red cap with tassel at top end. He wears gold cuffs and stands with his arms slightly outstretched. Attached to the back is a typewritten piece of paper headed "P.7. / Adoniram. Court Dress. In all but 6th." This is followed by a description of the various costume elements and a list of "authorities." The drawing is encased inside clear plastic and the edges are sealed with black tape.
