Drawing of Masonic Scottish Rite Consistory regalia for Francis of Austria (20th degree). Depicts full-length male figure wearing an 18th-century style suit. He wears a pink coat with gold and red floral trim and white cuffs. He wears a white vest with floral embroidered trim and a white shirt with ruffled collar. He wears light purple breeches. He wears a jewel on his coat and a gold collar with pendant. He wears white stockings and white buckled shoes. He wears a sword at his waist. He has yellow hair and wears a white tricorn hat with pink plumes. He stands with one arm out to the side pointing and the other bent in toward his chest. At bottom left is a pink square showing the pattern for the coat. Attached to the back is a typewritten piece of paper headed "C. 21. / XX-7. Francis of Austria." This is followed by a description of the various costume elements and notes on their sources.
