A stuffed animal elephant is in front at center. The photo studio name is at bottom proper left and reads "Govan / Photo / Lexington." On reverse, written in blue ink, it reads at upper right: "Picture Taken - Jan. 13, 1950 / Received - Jan. 27, 1950." There are four signatures also written on back.
