Within semi-circle inside arc, also all separated with a thin yellow border, are curved strips in rainbow colors (left to right: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet). At center of this is a white delta with a yellow border and a yellow "R" within it. Below this, along straight bottom edge of patch, a wide stripe of yellow with two clasped hands at center, also in yellow.
