Gold-tone Knights Templar badge with horizontal pin back. Front of pin is rectangular with a Christian cross inside a crown at top center. Text on the rectangle reads, "27th Triennial / Pittsburgh 1898." Suspended from the pin by two chains is a rectangular medal with gold-tone border around silver-tone centerpiece. The center shows a house and a tree with lettering, "Birthplace / of / Gen. Joseph Warren." At the sides of the border piece is a cross with a banner and crown. On left the banner reads, "No" and on right the banner reads "26." Border top reads, "Joseph Warren." Border bottom reads, "Commandery K.T. / Boston Mass." There is a maker's mark on the back of the pin.
